ICODA at a glance
ICODA sells full-cycle crypto marketing. Its about page lists go-to-market strategy, community on Discord, Telegram and X, AI SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, PR and media, and influencer and KOL work. Separate menus cover iGaming and AI marketing.
- Founded and based: building brands since 2017, with offices listed in Wrocław, Poland and Bellevue, Washington.
- Project types: DeFi protocols, L1 and L2 networks, prediction markets, trading platforms, DAOs, exchanges, wallets and RWA platforms.

ICODA vs alternatives: side-by-side comparison
Each row records what the agency says it is built around, the creator channels it names, what else it sells, whether it publishes prices, and where it is based. All of it comes from the agency's own site on 20 October 2026.
| Agency | Built around | Creator channels named | Also sells | Pricing published | Based in |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ICODA | Full-cycle crypto marketing | X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram | PR, AI SEO, paid ads, community, social media, iGaming and AI marketing | No prices; budget calculator, contracts of 3 to 12 months | Wrocław, Poland and Bellevue, US |
| 3betmedia | Creator campaigns | Streamers on Kick, Twitch and YouTube; KOLs; clipping and short-form video | UGC, memes, AI video | Campaigns from $2,000 | Vilnius, Lithuania |
| MarketAcross | Blockchain PR | None named; KOLs used to amplify coverage | Communications advisory, SEO, conference media partnerships | Not published | Not published |
| TokenMinds | Token launches and full-stack crypto marketing | None named | PR, SEO, paid ads, community, Web3 and AI development | Fixed fee quoted in writing; past client fees listed | Singapore |
| Crowdcreate | Crypto influencer and investor marketing | X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram; podcast sponsorships | PR, SEO, paid ads, community, investor outreach | Packages of $30,000 to $150,000 with a 20% fee; $10,000 minimum | Not published |
| Kaika | Crypto TikTok and KOL campaigns | TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Telegram | Livestreams, clipping, channel launches, KOL rounds and OTC | Not published | Not published |
"Not published" means we could not find it on the agency's site. "None named" means the site describes influencer work without naming platforms.
Unbundle the ICODA scope before you compare
ICODA's offer is one team for every channel. An alternative only makes sense once you know which of those channels you are actually buying.
An exchange chasing new traders, a token heading into a public sale and a DeFi protocol looking for liquidity need different mixes. Write down the lines you need, then compare agencies on those lines only.
| Agency | KOLs and creators | PR | SEO | Paid ads | Community management | Token sale work |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ICODA | Yes | Yes | Yes, including AI search | Yes | Yes, on Discord, Telegram and X | Yes |
| 3betmedia | Yes, the whole offer | No | No | No | No | Creator content for presales; no listings or market making |

A specialist usually goes deeper in one line. A full-cycle retainer gives you one point of coordination. Decide which of the two problems you have before you read any proposal.

Five ICODA alternatives by the job you need done
MarketAcross, if PR is the main job
MarketAcross describes itself as a crypto PR agency and sells blockchain PR, communications advisory and SEO, plus media partnerships with crypto conferences. KOLs appear as an amplification step after coverage lands, not as a separate service. It operates within InboundJunction Media Group, alongside the Chainwire press release service. It suits projects whose main need is earned media. See MarketAcross services.
TokenMinds, if you need the token sale built
TokenMinds, based in Singapore, plans token launches from tokenomics, whitepaper and audit to investor introductions and the public sale, with growth marketing and market making after it. Its marketing division adds PR, SEO, paid ads, influencer and KOL programmes and community management on X, Discord and Telegram. It quotes a fixed fee in writing and lists past client fees on its site. See TokenMinds.
Crowdcreate, if you want priced packages
Crowdcreate runs crypto influencer outreach on X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, alongside PR, podcast sponsorships, events and investor marketing. It publishes growth media packages from $30,000 to $150,000, including a 20% management fee, with a $10,000 minimum. Its site gives no office address. It suits teams that want a fixed package and investor outreach in one contract. See Crowdcreate packages.
Kaika, if short-form creators are the channel
Kaika runs crypto TikTok UGC and KOL activations on X, YouTube, Telegram and Instagram, plus livestream and clipping campaigns. Its sectors include exchanges and trading, prediction markets, DeFi and iGaming, and its services list KOL rounds and OTC. It publishes no prices or address. It suits teams that already have PR and community covered. See Kaika.
3betmedia, if you want creator campaigns only
We run crypto KOL marketing, streamer sponsorships, clipping, UGC, memes and AI video for crypto, iGaming and prediction market brands, from Vilnius. Past clients include Binance, MEXC, Gate.io and OKX, and campaigns start at $2,000. We do not do PR wires, SEO, PPC, community management, listings or market making. 3betmedia publishes this page and is one of the options, so weigh our entry accordingly.
How to choose between ICODA and a specialist
Whichever model you pick, put these questions to every agency on the shortlist.
- Market checks. Which countries does each creator's audience sit in, and will copy change per market? In the UK, the FCA's cryptoasset promotion rules require clear risk warnings, ban refer-a-friend bonuses and add a cooling-off period for first-time investors from 8 October 2023.
- KOL vetting. Can the agency show each KOL's past paid promotions, audience geography and engagement history before you approve the list?
- Reporting. Will reports show wallet connects, sign-ups, deposits or trades per KOL link, not only impressions?
- Contract terms. What is the minimum term and notice period, who holds the creator contracts, and is any KOL paid in tokens, with what vesting?
- Disclosure. The FTC says creators should disclose any financial relationship with a brand, including free or discounted products.
- Scope boundaries. If one vendor handles listings or market making and another handles creators, write down who is accountable for what.
Our guide to crypto KOL due diligence covers the vetting step. For quotes built on different fee models, crypto KOL marketing cost sets out the cost lines to compare.
Where 3betmedia fits for exchanges and token launches
For an exchange, creator work is measured in new accounts and first trades; our crypto exchange marketing agency page shows how we scope it. For a token launch, the creator plan has to line up with sale and listing dates that another team controls, which our token launch marketing agency page covers.
We are the wrong choice if you want one retainer for PR, search, paid ads and community. ICODA, TokenMinds and Crowdcreate all list those lines.
Crypto assets are high risk. No agency on this page can promise a price, a listing outcome or a return, and creators should disclose every paid post.
Frequently asked questions
What is ICODA?
ICODA is a crypto and Web3 marketing agency that says it has built brands since 2017, with offices listed in Wrocław, Poland and Bellevue, Washington. It sells full-cycle marketing: strategy, PR, AI SEO, paid ads, community management, social media and influencer and KOL campaigns, with separate iGaming and AI marketing services.
What are the alternatives to ICODA?
MarketAcross for crypto PR, TokenMinds for token launches with marketing attached, Crowdcreate for influencer and investor marketing with published packages, and Kaika and 3betmedia for creator-only campaigns. The right one depends on which of ICODA's service lines you actually need.
How does ICODA compare with 3betmedia?
ICODA covers PR, SEO, paid ads, community and KOLs under one retainer, publishes no prices and says contracts run 3 to 12 months. 3betmedia does creator work only, including KOL campaigns, streamer sponsorships, clipping, UGC, memes and AI video, with campaigns from $2,000, and does not do PR wires, SEO, PPC or community management. 3betmedia publishes this comparison, so weigh that when you read it.
Should a token launch hire one full-service agency or several specialists?
One agency gives you a single point of coordination, while specialists usually go deeper in one channel. If you split the work, write down who owns each line, especially listings, market making and creator timing, and line every vendor up against the same launch calendar.
Can a crypto marketing agency guarantee a listing or a price move?
No. Treat any promise of a price, a return or a guaranteed listing as a warning sign. Ask instead how the agency will report sign-ups, wallet connects, deposits or trades, and check that every paid post carries a clear disclosure and any risk warning your markets require.
