Who runs 3betmedia
3betmedia is run by its founder, Matas Cepulis. He has worked in crypto marketing for more than nine years, on go-to-market strategy, KOL and influencer campaigns, video content and launch distribution.
Before the 3betmedia name existed, he worked on token launches and exchange growth campaigns, including:

Why 3betmedia exists
Most creator agencies treat iGaming and crypto as two more verticals on a long list. We work only in markets where a creator's audience has to be the right age, in the right country and ready to deposit or trade.
That changes the job. A casino streamer is judged on concurrent viewers in markets the operator is licensed for, not on followers. A crypto KOL is judged on funded wallets, not impressions. 3betmedia was set up in 2026 to run those campaigns under one name, for casinos, sportsbooks, poker and sweepstakes brands, crypto exchanges, token launches and prediction markets.
Our campaign standards
These rules apply to every campaign we run, whatever the budget. We publish them so you know what we will refuse before you brief us.
- 18+ only. Every creator we book is 18 or older, and their audience is mainly adult. We check age data from the platform's own analytics before a deal.
- Licensed or legal where the campaign runs. We work with operators that hold a licence, or operate legally, in every market a campaign targets, and we match creators to those markets only.
- Clear disclosure. Every paid post or stream is labelled where the endorsement appears, in the format the platform and the market require.
- No win-only edits and no return promises. We do not run clips that show only wins, scripts that promise returns, or viewer-funded gambling.
- Presales are vetted first. We check the team, audit, contract and vesting before a token sale goes in front of a creator's audience.
- Results from your data. We report each creator on registrations, first deposits, funded wallets or volume from your own back office, not on views alone.
