Creator marketing by market
Creator campaigns in iGaming and crypto live or die on local rules: who can be shown, which age applies, what a bonus ad may say and which licence the brand needs. These are the markets where we run campaigns with creators who live and post there.
Tell us the markets your licence covers. We reply within one working day.

What changes from market to market
- Age and audience. 18+ in most markets and 21+ in most US states. We check the creator's own age data against the rule before booking.
- Who can appear. Some regulators restrict athletes, celebrities or creators with youth appeal in gambling ads. Ontario's athlete rule is the best-known example.
- What the ad may say. Bonus wording, risk warnings and responsible gambling lines differ by market, and crypto promotions in the UK and UAE need approved wording.
- Where it can run. Platform rules sit on top of the law. Our guides to Kick gambling sponsorship rules and Twitch gambling sponsorship rules cover the main ones.

Frequently asked questions
Which markets does 3betmedia run creator campaigns in?
The UK, the US, Canada, Latin America, South Africa, the UAE and South Korea have dedicated pages. We also take campaigns in other markets where the brand is licensed or operating legally.
Do you use local creators or translate global content?
Local creators who post in the market's language. Translated global content rarely fits local rules or humour, and audiences notice.
Can you run one campaign across several countries?
Yes, with one brief per market. Age limits, disclosure, bonus wording and who can appear differ, so each market gets its own creator list and approval pass.
Do you work with unlicensed operators in grey markets?
No. We only run gambling campaigns in markets where the operator is licensed or operating legally, and we match creators to those markets only.
How do you check a creator's audience is in my market?
From the creator's own platform analytics: country split and age split for a recent window. Our creator audience quality audit describes the check.
