The contacts page lists addresses in 12 cities, including London, Dubai, Singapore, New York and Vilnius, and describes the team as fully remote.
How NinjaPromo's subscription pricing works
Unlike most agencies on this page, NinjaPromo publishes a rate card. Its pricing page sells blocks of hours for a flat monthly fee. As of 20 October 2026:
- Starter: 40 hours at $100 an hour, or $4,000 a month, for one or two core services.
- Growth: 80 hours at $90 an hour, or $7,200 a month, for two or three core services.
- Scale: 160 hours at $80 an hour, or $12,800 a month, for three to five core services.
- Enterprise: 400+ hours at $50 an hour, from $20,000 to $100,000 a month.
The page shows 10% off for a 6-month term and 20% off for 12 months, against a 3-month base. Each plan includes a project manager, a client success manager and team leads, and you can put all your hours into one service.
Hours buy team time, not a set number of creator posts. If influencer work is the main job, ask how many hours it will use, and whether creator fees are paid from the subscription or billed separately.

| ReBlonde | Technology PR for crypto, Web3, fintech, AI and cybersecurity | Tech, fintech, crypto and Web3 | No creator service listed | Not published | Giv'atayim, Israel |
Two patterns stand out. NinjaPromo, ICODA and Coinbound sell many channels under one roof. MarketAcross and ReBlonde sell press work, and 3betmedia sells creator work, so each covers one part of what a subscription agency bundles.

The alternatives in brief
ICODA
ICODA says it has worked on blockchain marketing since 2017 and lists addresses in Wrocław, Poland and Bellevue, Washington. Its cost calculator covers crypto and Web3, fintech and iGaming, with services from PR and KOLs to SEO, paid traffic and reputation management. On this list it comes nearest to NinjaPromo's multi-channel model, with a narrower industry focus.
Coinbound
Coinbound is a New York agency that says it has worked only in crypto and Web3 since 2018. Its homepage lists influencer marketing, PR, SEO, paid ads, social and community management, advisory and events. It suits a crypto team that wants a wide menu from a sector-only agency and accepts quoted rather than published pricing.
MarketAcross
MarketAcross presents itself as a blockchain PR agency that also runs advisory and SEO work. Its about page says it charges a results-based retainer tied to media coverage, and that it belongs to the InboundJunction Media Group, which also runs the Chainwire press release service. It fits a team whose main need is press coverage, with KOLs used to spread it.
ReBlonde
ReBlonde is a technology PR firm in Giv'atayim, Israel, covering crypto, Web3, fintech, AI and cybersecurity. Its homepage lists PR services by sector and does not list influencer campaigns as a service. It suits a fintech or crypto company that wants media relations rather than paid creator content.
3betmedia
3betmedia publishes this page and is one of the options, so weigh our entry accordingly. We run creator work only for crypto, iGaming and prediction market brands: KOL campaigns, streamer sponsorships on Kick, Twitch and YouTube, clipping, UGC, memes and AI video, from $2,000 per campaign. We do not sell SEO, PPC, PR wires or community management, so our crypto influencer marketing agency service pairs with another agency when you need those.
Subscription retainer or specialist campaign?
NinjaPromo's model buys a team's hours across several channels each month. A specialist sells a defined deliverable, such as a set number of creator posts or streams. Neither is cheaper by default, because they buy different things.
A subscription can suit a company that needs SEO, ads, design and some influencer work every month and wants one project manager. A campaign can suit a token launch, an exchange promotion or a casino offer, where the work has a start and an end date.
For exchanges, the crypto exchange marketing agency page shows how a creator campaign is scoped around sign-ups and first trades. For licensed operators, our iGaming influencer marketing agency service covers streamers and creators for casinos and sportsbooks. To compare a retainer with a campaign quote, the guide to separating agency fee lines shows how to split agency time from creator costs.
How to choose a NinjaPromo alternative
Before you compare a monthly fee with a campaign quote, put the same questions to every agency.
- Licences and markets. Confirm which countries the work targets and that your product can be advertised there. iGaming and prediction market content must be aimed at adults in permitted markets only.
- Who does the creator work. Ask whether creators are sourced in-house or through a third party, and whether you see names and audience data before you pay.
- What the report counts. Ask for registrations, deposits, first trades or wallet connections from tracked links, not only impressions and engagement.
- Disclosure and claims. Every sponsored post needs a clear ad label, and no creator should promise returns, winnings or price moves.
- Contract terms. Check minimum terms, notice periods, refund rules and who owns the content once the contract ends.
If you are still deciding between booking creators yourself and using an agency, the crypto KOL marketplace vs agency comparison lays out the trade-offs. The crypto KOL marketing cost guide helps you test whether a quote matches the creator tiers you asked for.
What to bring to a first call
A list of the channels you need this quarter, with an owner for each. Your target countries and any licence limits. The result you will judge the agency on, written as an action such as sign-ups or deposits.
If that list is mostly SEO, ads and design, a multi-channel agency such as NinjaPromo or ICODA may fit better than a specialist. If it is mostly creators, bring your past creator results and the posts you liked, and we can scope a first campaign against them.
Frequently asked questions
What is NinjaPromo?
NinjaPromo is a full-service digital marketing agency that sells its work as a monthly subscription billed by the hour. It lists SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, social media, PR, CRO, email, design and analytics, for industries including finance, crypto, iGaming, SaaS and ecommerce. Its published plans start at $4,000 a month for 40 hours.
What are the alternatives to NinjaPromo?
For crypto, fintech and iGaming brands, alternatives include ICODA, Coinbound, MarketAcross, ReBlonde and 3betmedia. ICODA and Coinbound offer multi-channel crypto marketing, MarketAcross and ReBlonde focus on PR, and 3betmedia focuses on creator campaigns. Compare scope, published pricing and what each agency will report on.
How does NinjaPromo compare with 3betmedia?
NinjaPromo sells a team's hours across many channels, from SEO and ads to influencer marketing, starting at $4,000 a month. 3betmedia sells creator campaigns only, from $2,000 per campaign, covering KOLs, streamer sponsorships, clipping, UGC, memes and AI video for crypto, iGaming and prediction market brands. 3betmedia does not offer SEO, PPC, PR wires or community management.
Is an hourly subscription cheaper than paying per campaign?
It depends on the work. Hours buy team time, so the cost of a creator campaign under a subscription depends on how many hours it uses and whether creator fees are billed separately. Ask each agency to price the same brief, with agency time and creator fees on separate lines, before you compare.
Can one agency handle both crypto and iGaming marketing?
Some agencies list both, including NinjaPromo, ICODA and 3betmedia. The rules differ: gambling promotion needs a licence in each target market and must be aimed at adults only, while crypto content needs clear disclosure and no promises of returns. Ask which markets the agency has worked in and how it checks each campaign against local rules.
