3betmedia launched in 2026. The team behind it has run creator and KOL campaigns since 2018, so most of these cases were delivered before the 3betmedia name existed.

Trading products judge creators on first deposits, funded wallets and volume, not views. These campaigns were built around that from the brief onward. Our crypto KOL marketing service and attribution guide cover the setup.

A top-15 global exchange was expanding into two APAC markets against entrenched local players. English-language crypto Twitter campaigns produced installs but few deposits, and blended CPA per funded account had climbed above the internal ceiling.
Attention in both markets moves through local-language creators and closed communities on Telegram, KakaoTalk and Zalo-type channels. The exchange’s global agency had no access to them.
What we ran and what it delivered
What we ran
Local-language KOL rosters in each market, briefed in-language with market rules on bonus framing and risk language
Managed regional Telegram groups as the mid-funnel: creators sent users to the community, and the community moved them to a KYC’d first deposit with staged onboarding incentives
Top creators moved from flat fees to a fixed payment per verified first deposit
Weekly cohort reports: first deposits per creator, deposit size spread and 30, 60 and 90-day trading retention
Results
Exact results are under NDA. These are the metrics we tracked and reported, and we can walk through the outcome on a call.
First-time depositors over 90 days in both markets
Blended CPA per first deposit against the internal ceiling
60-day trading retention in campaign cohorts against the platform baseline
Return on creator spend, measured on 90-day trading-fee revenue
In APAC the funnel is community-shaped: creator, then closed group, then deposit. English crypto Twitter reach buys the wrong audience in the wrong room.

Day 30
A perpetuals DEX on a high-throughput chain lost volume within weeks of its TGE as launch attention faded. Crypto Twitter mentions dropped to near zero, open interest stalled, and paid channels were capped: major ad networks restrict perp products, and the few compliant placements were expensive.
The task was to rebuild daily active traders without discount emissions or incentive spend the protocol could not sustain.
What we ran and what it delivered
What we ran
Two waves of pro trader KOLs with verifiable track records, timed to feature releases rather than one launch burst
A clipping engine: short-form placements every week, cut from trader livestreams and AMAs and bought on CPM
A multi-week trading competition with on-chain qualification and a prize pool, amplified by the same traders
Attribution through per-creator referral codes and wallet cohorts: content touch, then first deposit, then 30-day trading retention
Results
Exact results are under NDA. These are the metrics we tracked and reported, and we can walk through the outcome on a call.
Trading volume in the first 30 days against the month before
New funded wallets attributed to campaign cohorts
Blended cost per funded wallet against compliant paid channels
Share of competition participants still trading at day 30
Post-TGE volume is an attention problem, not a paid-media problem. Traders follow traders, and clips keep those traders on the timeline every day.

Solana
Retardio is a Solana-native community brand built around an NFT collection and a token, with an internet-culture identity that lives on X. Attention there turns into community, and the community is the product.
The audience polices the voice closely. Anything that reads like brand marketing gets rejected by the people it is meant to win, so reach had to come through accounts the community already trusts.
What we ran and what it delivered
What we ran
Sourced, vetted and contracted crypto-native X accounts
Wrote post angles that matched the community’s voice, not a brand tone

A consumer Solana protocol had a strong product, a small X account and a TGE date six weeks out. The budget ruled out macro KOLs, and Solana crypto Twitter punishes anything that looks like a shill wave.
Success was measured in wallets and day-one volume, not follower counts.
What we ran and what it delivered
What we ran
Founder voice sprint: voice extraction in week one, then daily ghostwritten founder posts and replies inside the ecosystem’s biggest conversations
Three waves of nano and micro Solana-native creators, screened for audience overlap: narrative seeding four weeks out, product proof two weeks out, then launch week
A weekly flow of short clips cut from founder Spaces and demo videos
TGE day sequenced hour by hour: KOL posts, founder thread, listing announcement and community quests

What the strongest campaigns had in common
Different verticals, same handful of decisions. These are the ones that showed up again and again in the results above.
Creators where paid media is capped. Major ad networks restrict perp products, so the perp DEX rebuilt its traders through trader KOLs and a weekly clipping flow instead of ads.
Pay for what you can verify. Top APAC creators were paid per verified first deposit, and perp traders were tracked through referral codes and wallet cohorts. Our guide to clipping view verification shows the checks we run on paid views.
Prune the roster, scale the winners. Retardio moved budget to the accounts that actually drove reach. The APAC exchange moved its top creators from flat fees to pay per verified first deposit.
Sequence waves instead of one burst. The Solana launch ran three micro-KOL waves, the perp DEX timed two trader waves to releases, and io.finnet ran a three-week content sequence.
Creators who use the product beat scripts. io.finnet’s KOLs coded live with the SDK, and the Illuvium and STEPN creators already played and walked with the apps they promoted.

Frequently asked questions
Were these campaigns run by 3betmedia?
They were run by the team behind 3betmedia. 3betmedia launched in 2026, and the same team has run creator and KOL campaigns since 2018, so most of these cases predate the 3betmedia name. Current iGaming and crypto client work runs under 3betmedia.
Why are some clients anonymized?
Three campaigns are under NDA. For those we publish the setup and the metrics we tracked, and we can walk through the outcome on a call.
Can we see the full numbers or speak to a reference?
Where the client agrees, yes. Ask on a call and we will tell you which numbers and references we can share for a campaign like yours.
How do you attribute results to individual creators?
Before launch we agree one conversion event and the tracking behind it: a unique link or code per creator, verified views for clipping, or wallet cohorts on-chain. Our attribution guide covers the setup.
What budget do campaigns like these need?
Budgets varied widely, and most are confidential. 3betmedia campaigns start at $2,000, with 10% off your first. Pricing explains what moves the number.
