Why pump.fun launches need a plan, not a shill list
Pump.fun made launching a coin almost free. That is exactly why most coins disappear within hours, and why the few that last usually had people and a plan behind them.
- Most coins never leave the curve. Fewer than 2% of pump.fun tokens have ever graduated, out of about 11.9M launches tracked on Dune by June 2026.
- The rules keep changing. Graduated coins move to PumpSwap, launched in March 2025. In July 2026 the BOOST mechanism started using migration liquidity for automatic buys in the first five minutes, and the daily graduation rate jumped to 6.7%.
- Creators now earn on volume. Coin creators take 0.30% of bonding curve trades and a tiered fee on PumpSwap. Since January 2026 those fees can be split across up to 10 wallets, which makes paying a launch team on chain possible.
- Pump.fun bought the KOL tracker. Kolscan, which ranks KOL wallets and their trades, was pump.fun's first acquisition in July 2025. Buyers can now see whether a KOL who shills your coin sold it minutes later.
That last point is why we check every caller's wallet history before booking. The checks are in our crypto KOL due diligence guide.
What to do at each stage of a pump.fun launch
Most teams spend everything in the first hour. The coins that last spread the budget across three stages.
| Stage | Goal | Creator work | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|---|
| Before launch | A crowd waiting at go time | Teasers, meme seeding and a community space | Leaking the contract early |
| Bonding curve | Real holders, not bots | KOL calls staggered over hours, a livestream | All KOLs posting in one minute |
| Migration to PumpSwap | Keep buyers after the bond | Second KOL wave and clips of the launch | Going silent once it bonds |
| Weeks after | A coin people remember | Memes, clips and holder events | Paying callers who dump on holders |
The second and third stages are where memes and clips matter most. Our crypto meme marketing agency makes the content that keeps a coin in feeds after launch day.
How we run a pump.fun campaign
- Launch vetting. We check the team, the supply plan and the story. If a launch looks built to dump on buyers, we decline it.
- KOL casting by wallet. Solana callers on X and Telegram are checked for audience, past calls and how fast they sold, using public wallet trackers.
- Wave schedule. Calls are spread across the curve, the migration and the following days, with livestream hosts and clippers placed where attention drops.
- Disclosure and claims. Every paid post is labelled. No price targets, no guaranteed returns, no fake urgency.
- Daily report. Holders, unique buyers, volume and post reach per creator, from on-chain data and the posts themselves.
How we time calls around a launch is explained step by step in KOLs for memecoin launches.

What you get
- A three-stage launch plan Before launch, bonding curve and after migration, with dates and budget per stage.
- A vetted Solana KOL list Callers, raiders and hosts with wallet history notes and fees.
- Livestream and clip support A host for the launch stream and clippers to cut the best moments.
- Approved post copy Disclosure, no price claims and the facts holders actually ask about.
- On-chain reporting Holder count, unique buyers and wallet behaviour per creator wave.
We report holders and unique buyers, not just volume, because wash trading and bots can make a dead coin look busy. If a creator's buyers all sell within an hour, we do not book that creator again.
For launches that need more than one KOL wave, the full plan sits on our memecoin marketing agency page.
Why 3betmedia
We have run crypto creator campaigns since 2018. Retardio, a Solana community brand, reached 15M+ impressions on X from KOLs, STEPN gained 5,344 new users and sold 949 NFTs, and Binance brought 4,245 new users with more than $510M in trading volume.
We turn down more memecoin launches than we take. A pump.fun coin is a high-risk product and buyers can lose everything, so we only promote launches with a team and a plan we can stand behind. Larger token launches go through our token launch marketing agency process instead.

Frequently asked questions
What does a pump.fun marketing agency do?
It plans and books the people who bring buyers to a pump.fun coin: Solana KOLs, raiders, livestream hosts and clippers, timed to the bonding curve and the PumpSwap migration. It should never promise price or graduation.
Can you guarantee my coin will graduate?
No. Graduation depends on buyers, and fewer than 2% of pump.fun coins have ever graduated. We can bring real attention and real holders, not a result on the curve.
How do you stop KOLs dumping on holders?
We check each caller's wallet history before booking, prefer flat fees over token allocations, and drop anyone whose buyers sell straight after their call.
Do you run pump.fun livestreams?
We book hosts for launch streams and clippers to turn them into short videos. The stream must follow pump.fun's moderation rules and carry disclosure.
What does a pump.fun marketing campaign cost?
Our minimum campaign is $2,000. Most launches spend more on the second and third waves than on the first hour, and we set the split with you on the call.
