Who we are
3betmedia is an iGaming and Web3 content marketing agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We decide how and why the personal data described on this page is used, which makes us its controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For any privacy question or request, email info@3betmedia.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical logs every website produces.
- Creator applications: your name, email, Telegram or X handle (optional), main channel URL, creator type, audience markets and languages and what you tell us about your audience.
- Enquiry forms on our service and insight pages: your name, work email, company or project, the service you are interested in and the details you write.
- Campaign brief: your work email, Telegram handle (optional), project URL, main competitors, campaign goal, timeline, budget range, target GEOs, social media channels, the creators or KOLs you have worked with and where you heard about us. If you open the brief from a personal link we sent you, the link carries a reference that attaches your answers to the right conversation in our CRM.
- Every form: the page or campaign link you sent it from, the time you sent it and your agreement to our reply.
- Calls and messages: if you book a call, the name, email and answers you give in Calendly. If you email us or message us on Telegram, your contact details and what you write. We keep notes of our calls.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser details to run and protect the site.
Please do not send sensitive personal data, such as health information, through our forms.
How we use it
- To read your enquiry, reply to you and discuss a possible campaign.
- To keep a record of the enquiry and our conversation in our CRM so the right person can follow up.
- To prepare for the follow-up. When you send a campaign brief, we use your answers and your project website to generate automated research about your company with Anthropic’s AI models. Our team uses that research in the sales conversation. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- To schedule and hold calls, and to keep meeting notes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter or use your details for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
When you ask us about a campaign, we process your details to take steps you have requested before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Keeping enquiry records, researching your company before a call and managing follow-up rely on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to this at any time, as described under your rights below.
Who processes it
These providers process personal data on our behalf.
| Provider | What it does for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| FormSubmit | Delivers form submissions to our inbox. It may keep a copy for up to 30 days. | May process data outside the EU |
| Supabase | Hosts the CRM database where we store enquiries, briefs and follow-up notes, and a separate database for our cookieless visit counts | EU (CRM in Ireland, eu-west-1; visit counts in Frankfurt, eu-central-1) |
| Anthropic | AI models that turn brief answers and your project website into automated company research | United States |
| Railway | Hosts this website and our CRM application | United States |
| Google Workspace | Email, calendar, Google Meet notes, and Sheets and Docs for research and meeting notes | Google data centres, including outside the EU |
| Calendly | Call booking | United States |
| Telegram | Messages, if you contact us there | Outside the EU |
When you use Calendly or Telegram directly, their own privacy policies also apply.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the EU and EEA, including in the United States. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards each provider offers for international transfers, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for more detail on the safeguard that applies to a specific provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and CRM records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymise them. If you become a client, we keep what our contract and accounting obligations require for as long as they require it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
We count visits with our own cookieless analytics. For each page view, contact-button click or sent form it records the page address, the type of action, the referring website, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), the device class (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the time. It does not record your IP address, browser details or any identifier, and it cannot recognise you between visits. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are not counted. These records are stored in a Supabase database in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) and deleted after 13 months.
Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact a third-party font service. Links to Calendly and Telegram take you to their sites, which have their own cookie policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- correct anything inaccurate (rectification);
- delete your data (erasure);
- limit how we use it (restriction);
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection);
- send the data you gave us to you or another organisation in a reusable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on consent.
Email info@3betmedia.com with your request. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI) at vdai.lrv.lt, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
