Why Telegram channels still move crypto users
Many crypto readers follow news, calls and project updates in Telegram channels, often in their own language. A post from a channel they trust lands in the same app as your community. Our guide to hiring Telegram crypto influencers for sponsored posts covers the placement order line by line.
- A post is one tap from action. A channel post can link straight to your group, bot or Mini App, so readers act without leaving the chat.
- Admins sell posts their own way. Some quote per post, some per pinned hour, some per package with a repost. Without a written order, two quotes are not comparable.
- View counts need careful reading. Telegram's own FAQ says view numbers are approximate, include views of forwarded copies and can count the same reader again after about four days.
- The channel name is not a person. Posts go out under the channel's name and several admins can hold posting rights. We confirm who can actually deliver before any payment.
Channels that pass also go through our crypto KOL due diligence checks: past paid posts, how those projects ended and who controls the account.
News, alpha, education and regional channels: Telegram channel types compared
Channel type decides what a post can do. We mix types per campaign instead of buying the largest subscriber counts.
| Channel type | Why readers follow it | Suits | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| News channels | Fast headlines and market updates | Listings, partnerships and launch announcements | Posts get skimmed, so one clear fact and one link |
| Alpha and call channels | Early picks and trade ideas | Token launches and DEX listings with a live contract | Undisclosed paid calls and how earlier calls ended |
| Trading education | Lessons, setups and tool walkthroughs | Exchanges, trading tools and wallets that need explaining | Profit claims in the channel's own posts |
| Regional language channels | Crypto news in the reader's own language | Market entry and localised launches | Whether your product is available in that country |
The list comes from your product and markets, not a fixed menu. For TON and Mini App products, our TON marketing service adds a tagged start link per channel.
Our Telegram channel campaign process
- Channel sourcing. We list channels by type, language and topic, then drop any that only post ads or have gone quiet.
- Audience checks. We compare views with subscribers across recent posts, look at forwards, reactions and comments, flag views that stay flat or arrive at odd hours, and ask the admin for dated statistics screenshots.
- Placement order. Post text, link, pin time, posting window, deletion rules and disclosure wording are agreed in writing with the person who controls the channel.
- Delivery check. We capture the live post, confirm the link and pin, and check it stays up for the agreed time.
- Tracking and rebooking. Each channel gets its own tagged link or bot start parameter. We rebook channels whose readers join, connect wallets or trade, and drop the ones that only show views.

What you get
- A vetted channel shortlist Channels with type, language, views per post, forwards and recent sponsors.
- Written placement orders Post, pin, timing, deletion and disclosure terms for every channel.
- AMA bookings Hosts, a question plan and a recording where the channel allows it.
- Live post captures Proof of delivery with time, link and pin status.
- Per-channel tracking Tagged links or bot start parameters tied to joins, wallets or trades.
Telegram gives admins of larger channels statistics such as views per post, shares per post, the share of subscribers with notifications on and where new followers came from. We ask for those screens before booking and after the post, so reports rest on the channel's own data.
Results come from your side: joins, wallet connections, sign-ups or trades per tagged link, set against each channel's fee. AMAs can then be repurposed into clips and posts.
Why 3betmedia
The team behind 3betmedia has run crypto KOL campaigns since 2018 for exchanges, trading tools and DeFi projects, booking Telegram channels beside X and YouTube. That work shows which channel types bring users and which only bring views.
We stay on the creator side. Your group, its admins and its moderation stay with your team, and our community safety handoff tells your mods what is coming before each post goes live.

Frequently asked questions
What does a crypto Telegram marketing agency do?
It books paid posts, pins and AMAs in Telegram channels that fit your product, then proves they were delivered. 3betmedia sources and vets channels, writes the placement order, checks the live post and tracks joins, wallets or trades per channel. You approve every channel and price before anything is booked.
How much does a Telegram channel campaign cost?
Campaigns start at $2,000, and the first gets 10% off. Channel prices vary with views per post, channel type, pin time and whether an AMA or repost is included. We quote from your brief, and our crypto KOL cost guide explains the budget layers.
How do you spot fake subscribers and view bots?
We compare views with subscribers across many recent posts, since bought subscribers do not read. We look for views that barely change from post to post, spikes at odd hours, few forwards or reactions and template comments. Then we ask the admin for dated screenshots of Telegram's own channel statistics. Channels that fail are dropped.
Do you run Telegram Ads, sell members or moderate groups?
No. We do not buy Telegram Ads, the platform's own sponsored messages sold per thousand views, and we never sell members, bots or fake engagement. We do not moderate your group either. The work is sponsored posts and AMAs in channels run by real people, vetted before you pay.
Do sponsored Telegram posts need to be disclosed?
Yes. Readers should be able to tell a post is paid without guessing, so we agree clear wording such as #ad or Sponsored with each admin. The FTC expects paid relationships to be clear, and a paid call should never pass as the channel's own pick. Posts carry no price targets or promised returns.
