Buy a host for one identified Telegram room

This page is for a crypto project team commissioning a hosted discussion. It is not a listing for KOLs looking for work, a service for selling group members or a promise that 3betmedia operates your community. Start with the group or channel address, its owner and the product question the session should answer.

PinkSale lists people a buyer can contact about hosting a Telegram AMA. That establishes a real purchasable role, but it does not establish a standard fee, audience or delivery level. Ask whether the candidate brings a community, merely moderates in yours, or only appears as a guest. Each changes who controls the room and who can invite an audience.

A sponsored Telegram channel post can announce the event, but it does not include live hosting. An X Spaces AMA booking has its own room and host controls. Do not use either contract as a substitute for the Telegram group owner’s approval.

Choose voice or text before shortlisting the KOL

For voice, identify who starts the chat, grants speaking access, receives raised hands and ends the session. Telegram describes group and channel voice chats with admin controls, speaker and listener links, and recording options. Confirm the current controls in the actual group before proposing any guest invitation or replay.

For a text AMA, decide where questions arrive, which account posts answers and who can remove spam or impersonation attempts. Do not promise a voice recording from a text-only session. Save the accepted questions and responses through a process the group owner permits, with private messages excluded.

Watch a candidate handle full conversations, not only promotional posts. Can the host ask a product lead to clarify a technical answer, keep a limitation in view and stop a misleading claim? A large channel following does not prove those skills or show how many qualified people will attend a future session.

Separate host, group admin, product speaker and promoter

Write four names or explicit unfilled roles in the purchase record. The KOL may host and promote, but that does not give them access to the brand group or authority to answer for the product. The group admin may control invitations without being a paid creator. The product speaker can explain current functionality without endorsing an investment outcome.

If a creator offers to host inside their own group, verify that the booking contact controls that group through an established contact route. An account name or forwarded screenshot is not sufficient. Identify who can edit the event notice, appoint speakers and correct a bad link. Never ask for a password or private recovery code to check authority.

Use the same written scope for each quote: room, format, live window, host duties, pre-event promotion, question collection, recording, derivatives, disclosure and reporting. A quote for a guest appearance is not a quote for channel distribution or ongoing moderation.

Put the session handoffs in one booking record

This worksheet is an original proposal checklist, not a platform rule or a fixed 3betmedia package. Test every assignment against the real group and the terms each party accepts.

Keep the fee lines separate. Host work, channel posts, translation, recording edits and paid reuse may involve different people and permissions. Request an actual quote for the defined scope; this guide supplies no market rate or guaranteed attendance.

Before the call, ask the group owner to test admin access and the invite route without using a live product launch as the rehearsal. A creator should not discover during the paid window that the account which sold the slot cannot open the room.

Prepare questions that can survive a live correction

Give the host a short product brief with shipped functions, known limitations, the official information source and a contact who can answer an unknown question. Do not write fake audience questions and present them as spontaneous. A useful host can ask a follow-up without pretending to be an auditor or investment adviser.

Decide what happens when a listener asks for a price prediction, a guaranteed return or private account help. The host can decline or route the question to the product owner. The product team must decide whether a statement is substantiated and allowed in the target market; neither a KOL nor a sponsorship label makes it safe by itself.

For endorsements affecting US consumers, FTC guidance calls for a clear material-relationship disclosure and recommends periodic disclosure during a live stream. Relevant UK financial promotions may require further review under FCA guidance. Check the actual audience, topic and jurisdiction with qualified people rather than treating either source as a universal approval.

An illustrative AMA interrupted by the room owner

Suppose a wallet team books a KOL to host a voice AMA in the team’s Telegram group. Its product lead will answer questions about an existing feature. The group admin has tested the voice chat, but a different admin changes permissions shortly before the event. This is a hypothetical exception, not a client story or claim about a real product.

The KOL does not invite attendees into a replacement group with an unverified link. The named admin checks the room, while the campaign lead tells the host whether the agreed window can still run. If access cannot be restored, the parties use the written rescheduling route and preserve the original notices and timestamps.

Count the work separately. The creator may have posted the agreed announcement while the hosted session did not happen. A visible announcement cannot be reported as a delivered AMA. Conversely, a completed session with few listeners is not automatically an undelivered host appearance. Apply the actual acceptance terms to the evidence.

Review the record before ordering clips or a second session

Keep a link or permitted file for the session, the approved announcement, the host window, relevant question list and unresolved answers. If recording was not authorised or enabled, do not promise an audio replay. For text AMAs, preserve the accepted question and answer context rather than publishing cropped screenshots that remove qualifications.
