Why a regulated event contract needs a different creator desk
Kalshi sits in the US event contract market under CFTC oversight. That is a different room from an offshore crypto prediction site. Buyers still want creators, because a contract is hard to grasp from a banner. The creator has to teach the question, the settlement and the risk without turning a forecast into a side hustle. Sports hosts and finance hosts already have the audience. They do not already have your claim limits. The agency job is to write those limits before a fixture, a print or a policy decision hits the calendar, then to keep the live post inside them.
- Finance voices for rates, prints and policy. Macro and markets creators already speak in probabilities. They fit economic releases when the brief bans income language and keeps the contract wording intact.
- Sports voices for fixtures, not for league ads. A preview host can explain a game contract. League commercial rules are separate and often stricter. We do not assume a sportsbook creator is cleared for event contracts.
- News hosts for the hour the story breaks. The useful post lands before the result, with the contract question on screen. A victory lap after settlement is a clip, not the whole campaign.
- Claim limits written down. Creators may describe a price as a probability that can move. They may not call the contract a sure payout, a salary, or a loophole around gambling law.
If the product is a broader event market roster, start with our prediction market marketing agency page and then narrow to the regulated brief.
Event contract formats that survive a compliance read
These are the formats we will actually propose. Each one has a line the creator cannot cross.
| Format | What the viewer learns | Allowed | Not allowed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pick with accountability | Why a price looks high or low | A dated contract and a reason | A promise the pick will pay |
| Resolution reaction | What the settlement means | The public result and a correction if needed | A claim the creator knew it early |
| UGC explainer | How to read the contract | The question and the source that settles it | A demo that skips the risk |
| Sports preview | The fixture the contract tracks | A forecast labelled as opinion | League marks or injury gossip as a tip |
| Finance note | The print or decision on the calendar | Context from public data | Personal return stories |
Offshore crypto markets are a separate casting problem. See the Polymarket marketing agency page before you reuse a Kalshi script there.
How 3betmedia scopes a Kalshi creator campaign
The regulated angle changes the order of work. Claim limits and place limits come before the shortlist. A creator with the right sport and the wrong sentence still does not get booked. We would rather send a shorter roster than a louder one.
- Counsel's map first. You tell us which contract types and which US states are in bounds. We do not guess, and we do not fill gaps with a creator's own legal take.
- Voice match. Sports desks, finance hosts and news commentators are shortlisted against the contracts you listed, not against a generic crypto roster.
- Claim sheet. Every script gets banned phrases, the disclosure line and an example of a sentence that would overclaim. The creator signs that sheet.
- Event window. Posts are booked against fixtures, releases and decision days. A late post can still run as a settlement clip. It cannot pretend to be a preview.
- After the result. If the contract settles against the creator's view, we already know whether a follow up is required. Silence after a loud pick is a trust problem.
Paid media rules are not the same as creator rules. Read our prediction market advertising rules before you assume a creator post is cleared because an ad account was.

Why 3betmedia for a regulated creator brief
We are a creator desk for iGaming, crypto and event markets: KOLs, streamers, UGC, clips, memes and AI video. On a Kalshi style brief the useful part is the restraint. The team has shipped trading campaigns since 2018, and Polymarket is already among the brands named on this site. That history is not a promise that a regulated contract can be marketed like a token.
You still need people who can read a market out loud. Our notes on prediction market KOLs who actually trade show how we separate a real position from a costume. 3betmedia is a young company, founded in 2026, with a team of 2 to 10. Ask us for the claim sheet, not for a trophy.

Frequently asked questions
How is a Kalshi marketing agency different from a crypto KOL shop?
The product is a regulated event contract, so the brief leads with claim limits, disclosure and the places you can serve. A crypto shop that swaps the logo and keeps the hype lines is the wrong desk.
Can sports creators promote Kalshi event contracts?
Sometimes, if your counsel clears the contract type and the creator's audience is in bounds. A sports preview is not a league commercial, and we do not use league marks or injury gossip as a tip.
What claims do you ban in Kalshi creator scripts?
Sure payouts, salary language, side hustle framing, and any line that says the creator knew the settlement in advance. A price can be described as a movable probability. It cannot be described as income.
Do Kalshi campaigns use the same creators as Polymarket?
Only when the creator can hold both rule sets. Many finance and sports voices fit one product and fail the other. We recast instead of copying a roster across exchanges.
How does 3betmedia charge for Kalshi creator work?
Pricing is scoped to your brief. Book a call with the contract types and states you can use. Search content for the same category is separate, on our prediction market SEO agency page.
