Separate the asset deadline from the release decision
Write when the creator owes a draft, when the team expects an accepted final file and when publication is permitted. Those may be different moments. A producer collecting finished work should not have to infer the public-release decision.
Use the current TGE event record to identify what the announcement actually describes. Token creation, distribution, access and trading can follow different arrangements; the creator should not compress them into one unsupported promise.
Give the release owner a named route for confirming or holding the prepared asset. A vague instruction such as post on launch day leaves too much unresolved.
Write a clock that every publisher can interpret
Record the exact date, time and time zone in the accepted instruction. If several parties use local displays, keep a shared reference and check the actual conversion before scheduling. Avoid abbreviations that could mean different zones.
YouTube’s scheduling process explicitly includes the date, time and time zone. Use the actual publisher’s controls and retain the saved state. An instruction in a briefing document does not establish that the account was scheduled correctly.
Where the relevant offset can change between briefing and publication, record the named time zone and the offset for the intended date. A conversion based only on today’s offset may describe a different clock. Ask the release owner to confirm the actual instruction.
Where the timing remains conditional, state the condition and who can confirm it. Do not invent a public clock to make a promotional countdown look complete.
Keep content approval and publication authority as separate rows
| Decision | Record | It does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Content accepted | Final asset identity and factual approval | Permission to publish immediately |
| Clock confirmed | Date, time zone and applicable condition | That the account saved the intended setting |
| Publisher ready | Actual account and scheduled version | That publication succeeded |
| Public state checked | Observed URL, version and time | Trading access or a customer outcome |
Use the creator content approval record for the accepted version, and preserve the separate release decision alongside it.

Review previews and surrounding surfaces
Agree how the responsible reviewers receive the prepared asset and who may access it. A preview address should not become an unreviewed public announcement surface. Follow the platform’s actual visibility controls instead of assuming every shared link is private.
Include the caption, thumbnail, pinned material and destination in the hold where relevant. A creator can leave the video unpublished while another scheduled teaser reveals the same unconfirmed fact.
Keep credentials and sensitive product information out of broad review folders. The creator needs enough verified context to perform the accepted explanation, not unrestricted access to launch operations.
An illustrative launch changes after the final file arrives
A fictional creator delivers an accepted token-event explanation before the planned announcement. The release owner later holds publication while a source fact is reconfirmed.
The producer identifies the affected scheduled versions and obtains the publisher’s actual hold state. It does not assume that sending a message canceled every post, or treat the earlier content approval as authority to ignore the changed instruction.
This is an invented release example. It specifies no real token, exchange, legal obligation or revised date.
Verify publication before closing the commission
Inspect the actual public URL and surrounding message when publication is authorized. Confirm the intended version, disclosure, destination and observed time. A saved schedule or upload receipt is weaker evidence than the real published state.
Record any exception through the accepted commercial process. Keep delivery, publication and downstream response separate rather than mark everything complete when one of them succeeds.
Bring the source record and publishing constraints to token-launch creator commissioning. Agree a clock and a decision owner the publisher can follow.
Frequently asked questions
Does approving the final TGE video allow immediate publication?
Only the actual release instruction establishes the publishing decision. Keep content acceptance and permission to publish separately recorded.
Is launch day a precise enough publishing instruction?
Confirm the date, time, time zone and any condition with the responsible owner and actual publisher.
Does a saved creator post prove the announcement went live?
No. Check the actual public URL, version and observed state after the authorized publication.

The publishing record and fictional hold are original production recommendations. YouTube supports its own scheduled-publication date, time and time-zone controls. No legal interpretation of an embargo, exchange listing, token access or investment opportunity is supplied.
