Buy the shared play, then name every publisher
This guide is for studios and brand producers hiring gaming creators for a sponsored cooperative session. It is not a place for streamers to find unpaid collaboration partners. The buying decision concerns a pair that can demonstrate the game together under agreed commercial terms.
Disobey describes creators playing together live in its Cloudheim campaign. Open World includes co-op among its commercial creator-selection examples. These primary supplier pages establish a campaign format; their client results, audience forecasts and wider agency services are not promises for your booking.
Define one originating channel with a paid guest, two creator channels, or a brand-owned programme before requesting proposals. The streamer campaign service covers creator selection, briefs and delivery checks. Confirm the specific paired assignment and production responsibilities on the call.
Shortlist a working pair against one game moment
Ask which cooperative interaction the viewer should understand: dividing responsibilities, helping a partner through an obstacle or making a shared decision. Review full sessions that show those behaviours. Two creators who each make strong solo videos may talk over one another or leave the joint task unexplained.
A previous collaboration can supply a useful sample, but it does not establish availability for your date. Confirm both business contacts, languages, time zones and relevant game experience. If one creator proposes a friend, ask whether that person has accepted the paid role and its restrictions.
The game-launch hiring guide covers the broader choice between sponsored play, developer-hosted coverage and production-only footage. Here the shortlist must work as a pair; a large combined follower count cannot answer that question.
Put channel obligations beside player obligations
Write a separate line for each person. Playing in the same lobby, appearing on camera and publishing a sponsored broadcast are different contributions. A guest who joins the game does not automatically owe a post on their own account.
| Decision | Creator A | Creator B | Joint check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Playing role | Named character or responsibility | Complementary role | The intended mechanic can be demonstrated together |
| Publishing | Account, live window and sponsor elements | Own account or guest-only appearance | Every purchased placement has a named publisher |
| Preparation | Build and access confirmed | Build and access confirmed | Both join the intended session during rehearsal |
| Communication | Voice capture and speaking role | Voice capture and speaking role | The audience can follow both contributions |
| Exception | Contact and accepted alternatives | Contact and accepted alternatives | Buyer approves a changed pair or format |
| Reuse | Permitted footage and performance use | Permitted footage and performance use | The proposed joint clip has all needed permissions |
Send the same version to both representatives. Compare the quoted work against this record, including preparation and guest duties. This is a proposed buying worksheet, not a standard package or a claim that either creator grants every requested right.

Rehearse the dependency that makes this a pair booking
Ask the game owner to confirm the intended build, player access and supported configuration. Both creators should join using the actual proposed setup. A successful solo login leaves the shared session untested. Name the contact who can resolve a game-access problem during the booked window.
Run a short agreed rehearsal of the cooperative moment. Check that both contributions reach the intended audience and that private support messages stay private. The creators and production owner should settle the practical capture method; this guide does not prescribe software or offer broadcast engineering.
Keep the player group closed if the commission is a creator pair. Inviting viewers creates a different capacity and hosting task. Use the viewer-play session guide if audience participation is part of the actual purchase.
A fictional partner absence changes the purchased demonstration
Suppose a fictional puzzle-game studio books two creators to show a mechanic that requires simultaneous actions. Both attend rehearsal, but one becomes unavailable before the live slot. The available creator offers to show a prerecorded trailer instead.
The campaign lead checks the agreed exception route with both representatives. A permitted substitute may need a fresh access test and an accepted role. If that cannot happen, the parties consider a revised slot or scope. A solo trailer reaction does not demonstrate the cooperative action the buyer commissioned.
Record the accepted change, publishing accounts and any commercial adjustment. This is an invented planning exercise, not a client incident, a refund rule or a promise that replacement talent will be available. The value of the worksheet is making the changed purchase visible.
Keep sponsor acceptance specific to each channel
Review the actual game, sponsor, links and claims for each publishing account. A permitted game stream does not make every sponsor category acceptable. If gambling or financial features affect the brief, the responsible reviewer must resolve market, adult-audience and platform eligibility before booking.
Twitch’s terms require use of its branded-content disclosure tool for qualifying sponsored content and compliance with applicable rules. For relevant US-facing endorsements, the FTC advises clear disclosure with the message, repetition during livestreams and truthful personal experience. Review both broadcasts when both creators publish.
Give each performer accurate sponsor wording and room to explain uncertainty. Do not script invented play history, deposits, winnings or returns. A shared call between creators does not establish that viewers on each channel heard the sponsorship disclosure.
Accept each placement before assessing the pair
Collect the agreed broadcast URLs, timestamps and exceptions for each publisher. Use the streamer delivery checklist to distinguish a missing placement from a game interruption or an accepted change. Retain the joint rehearsal record alongside each creator’s delivery.
Keep audience observations tied to the account and measurement window. Do not label the sum of two channel counts as unique people unless the measurement supports that interpretation. A convincing cooperative demonstration and a verified customer acquisition are different findings.
Before editing a joint highlight, confirm rights to both performances, game footage and any included music. Bring the game link, cooperative moment, proposed channels and exception decisions to the hiring call. They support a defined pair commission without promising a roster, rate or sales result.
Frequently asked questions
Does hiring two streamers buy two sponsored broadcasts?
Only when both publishing commitments appear in the agreement. One creator may publish while the second joins as a paid guest.
Must the streamers already play together?
Existing shared sessions can help assess the pair. Confirm suitability for the actual game and rehearse the planned interaction; past collaboration does not establish availability.
What should a studio send for a co-op streamer quote?
Send the game and build status, cooperative moment, proposed player roles, publishing channels, live window, preparation needs and intended reuse. Mark unresolved access or partner dependencies.
