Why RWA marketing is a compliance job first
Tokenized assets are growing quickly, but the rules that govern them are the rules for the asset underneath, not crypto rules.
- The market is real money now. The Block Research put tokenized RWAs, excluding stablecoins, at a $39.3 billion peak in September 2026, up from $10.2 billion at the start of 2025. Tokenized stocks alone reached $3.15 billion.
- A token wrapper does not change the law. SEC staff said on 28 January 2026 that a tokenized security is still a security, so offers and sales need registration or an exemption. Under Rule 506(c), general solicitation is allowed only when every buyer is a verified accredited investor.
- In the EU, MiCA may be the wrong rulebook. ESMA guidelines from March 2025 say crypto-assets that meet the MiFID II definition of a financial instrument fall under MiFID II, not MiCA. Where MiCA does apply, Article 7 requires marketing that is identifiable, fair, clear and not misleading.
- The UK adds warnings and bans incentives. Since 8 October 2023, FCA rules require prominent risk warnings on cryptoasset promotions and ban refer-a-friend bonuses. That still holds as of October 2026.
This is why RWA work sits apart from general crypto influencer marketing: the audience filter is set by law, not by reach.
Which RWA buyer you can reach, and how creators fit
Real world asset marketing starts with the investor type your structure allows. Creator choice follows from that, never the other way round.
| Product structure | Who may be reached | Creator approach | What to measure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Permissionless yield token | Users in markets your counsel clears | Explainers on yield source and risks | Verified sign-ups from cleared regions |
| US Reg D 506(c) offering | Verified accredited investors only | Finance creators with documented investor audiences | Leads that pass accreditation checks |
| EU product under MiFID II | Clients your licensed partner may serve | Education only, no call to buy | Waitlist sign-ups through the licensed partner |
| Tokenized stocks or funds on an exchange | Exchange users in supported markets | Walkthroughs of buying, holding and redeeming | First holdings from tracked links |
Where a structure allows no public promotion at all, we say so and book nobody. When long video is the right format, our crypto YouTube marketing page explains how we brief explainers.
How we run RWA creator campaigns
We start with your counsel, not with a creator list.
- Legal brief. Your legal team tells us the eligible investor types, markets, banned words and required risk warnings. We turn that into a one-page creator brief.
- Explain the plumbing. Each script covers three things honestly: where the yield comes from, who holds the underlying asset, and how and when a holder can redeem.
- Cast for fit. Creators are vetted for audience location and age, finance literacy and sponsor history. Anyone whose past posts promise returns is dropped.
- Review before posting. Every script and edit goes to your compliance team. Paid labels are mandatory, and nothing goes live without written approval.
- Measure qualified interest. We track sign-ups and completed KYC by creator rather than views, and cut creators whose traffic fails your checks.
Disclosure wording differs by platform and country, and our creator ad disclosure examples show the labels we use.

What you get
- A compliance-ready creator brief Eligible audiences, banned claims, risk warnings and disclosure lines.
- A vetted creator shortlist KOLs, finance YouTubers and streamers with audience location data.
- Explainer scripts Yield source, custody and redemption in plain language, approved by your counsel.
- A review log Every draft, comment and approval saved for your records.
- Funnel reporting Sign-ups, completed KYC and first holdings by creator.
Tokenization platforms usually report TVL. We report the steps underneath it from your own data: tracked visits, sign-ups, KYC passed and first holdings per creator. That shows which creators reach people who are actually allowed to buy.
For UK audiences the financial promotion regime adds another layer, covered on our crypto influencer marketing UK page.
Why 3betmedia
Our team has run crypto creator campaigns since 2018, including community work for Provenance, a blockchain built for real world assets, where active community members grew by 300%. We have also run exchange and ecosystem campaigns for Gate.io, Hydration on Polkadot and Zerion.
We are a creator agency, not a law firm or a broker. We do not promise yields, we do not decide who is eligible, and we book nothing your counsel has not approved. Every KOL passes the checks in our crypto KOL due diligence guide first, and campaigns start from $2,000.

Frequently asked questions
What does an RWA marketing agency do?
It helps a tokenization project reach the investors and users it may legally serve. 3betmedia does this with creators who explain the yield source, custody and redemption, inside limits your counsel sets.
What RWA marketing services does 3betmedia offer?
Creator casting, compliance-aware briefs, explainer scripts, KOL posts, YouTube walkthroughs, live AMAs, clips and funnel reporting. We do not offer PR, paid ads, SEO, listings or market making.
Can a real world asset marketing agency target retail investors?
Only where your structure and your counsel allow it. A Rule 506(c) offering may be promoted publicly but sold only to verified accredited investors, and EU financial instruments fall under MiFID II. We cast creators to fit the answer you get.
How is tokenization marketing different from token launch marketing?
A token launch is usually about attention and liquidity on day one. Tokenization marketing is slower education about an asset, its yield and its legal wrapper, aimed at a narrower audience that has to pass checks.
Do your creators talk about yields or returns?
They may state a current rate if your counsel approves the wording, alongside where it comes from and the risks. They never promise or project returns.
How much does an RWA creator campaign cost?
Campaigns start from $2,000, with 10% off the first. Legal review cycles and finance creators with investor audiences usually push a plan above that, and we price each one from your brief.
