Describe the format without selling an outcome
The brief should explain the planned sequence and the creator’s presentation task. Do not describe a selected sequence of game moments as typical player experience. The number or size of on-screen outcomes cannot support a promise about what viewers will win.
This guide concerns commissioning content, not instructions for gambling. The operator and reviewer must decide whether the proposed activity, product and audience are permitted. A familiar format name does not settle any of those questions.
Document where the on-screen balance comes from
Ask whether the creator uses personal funds, sponsor-provided funds or a demonstration environment. Record restrictions on withdrawal, losses and reimbursement for the reviewer. Do not let the script imply personal financial risk that the arrangement does not actually create.
Kick’s gambling overview prohibits using funds supplied by other viewers. Do not invite audience buy-ins, pooled deposits or an improvised community stake as part of the activation. Keep the commercial funding arrangement separate from viewer participation.
Brief the host’s language and limits
Give the host the approved product facts and statements they must not make. Avoid language presenting gambling as income, a recovery plan or a predictable path to profit. A sponsor-funded display needs honest context; a paid relationship needs clear disclosure.
The FTC’s guidance is useful for material connections and truthful endorsements where US rules apply. The relevant platform and local reviewer may impose additional limits. A disclosure does not make a misleading outcome claim acceptable.

Plan for an uneventful or interrupted show
A hypothetical sponsored session produces no dramatic moment. The host should still be able to deliver the agreed explanation without escalating the activity to create a highlight. Define the running time, stopping conditions and approved alternative discussion in advance.
If the product fails or a destination changes, give the producer authority to pause the promotional segment. Do not make payment depend on manufacturing an exciting outcome. Delivery acceptance should concern the agreed content and controls, not a particular game result.
| Decision | Required brief entry |
|---|---|
| Financial context | Actual source of funds and material restrictions reviewed |
| Host task | Approved explanation and running time, independent of a winning result |
| Audience boundary | No viewer-funded gambling and no underage participation |
| Uneventful session | Accepted alternative discussion or stopping point |
| Highlights | Disclosure and funding context reviewed in the extracted edit |
Review the clips as new messages
A highlight can remove the disclosures and ordinary moments around a dramatic result. Check whether the crop, caption and edit imply that the selected outcome is representative. Preserve necessary context about funding and the sponsored relationship.
Scope the permitted VOD and clip uses in the booking. Save timestamps and the accepted asset versions. 3betmedia can discuss creator production and editing around a reviewed brief; it cannot guarantee a game result, operator eligibility or legal clearance for a bonus-hunt campaign.
Review the distinction between sponsored balances and demonstration money before approving the run of show.
Frequently asked questions
Can a sponsor require a winning highlight?
Do not condition delivery on fabricating or forcing a game outcome. Commission truthful production and define what happens when no dramatic moment occurs.
Is sponsor-provided money the same as demo money?
Not necessarily. Establish the actual arrangement, restrictions and environment, then describe them accurately. Do not guess from the appearance of a stream.
