Why gambling video needs its own production rules
A finished video for a gambling brand carries more risk than a creator post, because it often runs as paid media in several markets at once. A single shot can get it rejected. As of October 2026, these rules shape the edit most.
- Return claims get content removed. YouTube has enforced stricter gambling rules since 19 March 2025, and content that promises guaranteed returns can be removed even when the operator is approved by Google.
- Some warnings belong in the video. Google's gambling policy requires a warning about addictive and compulsive gambling in US ads, either in the creative or on the landing page. TikTok asks for risk warnings and legally required disclaimers in gambling ads.
- Casting is part of compliance. In UK ads, CAP Code rule 16.3.14 bars anyone who is or seems under 25 from a significant role. A trailer cast with young-looking actors fails before it airs.
- Approval sits with the platform. Meta needs prior written permission and licence evidence per territory, and Google needs certification for every region. The video must match the brand and market on that approval.
Produced video and creator video work best together. For volume vertical clips, see our iGaming short-form video agency service.
Produced video, UGC or AI video: which fits the job
We offer all three, so the choice is about the job, not what we sell. Most launches use a produced centrepiece with UGC or AI versions around it.
| Question | Produced video | Creator UGC | AI video |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Trailers, brand promos and launch films | Paid social tests and trust | Explainers and language versions |
| Who appears | Game footage, brand assets or cast talent | A real creator speaking to camera | Licensed avatars or no presenter |
| Shelf life | Months, across many channels | Weeks, until the hook tires | Short, refreshed often |
| Main limit | Longer timeline and higher cost | Less control over delivery | Cannot stand in for real opinions |
When the job is speed and languages, our iGaming AI video production service is the cheaper route. When the job is a person the viewer trusts, see our iGaming UGC agency page.
How a production runs
- Scope. We list every video, length, ratio and language you need, and which market and platform each one is for.
- Script and storyboard. Game features, odds displays or product flows are shown as they work, with no win-only edits and the warnings each market requires.
- Asset gathering. We work from your game builds, provider footage, brand files and approved stream recordings, and cast talent only where a person is needed.
- Edit and compliance review. Your compliance team reviews a locked cut before any versions are made, so a fix is made once, not twenty times.
- Versions and exports. Approved masters are cut into lengths, ratios and language versions with subtitles and on-screen warnings per market.
Highlight packages come from sponsored stream recordings, cut for YouTube and short-form feeds. Our iGaming clipping agency page covers clipping with verified views when you need volume after the edit.

Why 3betmedia
Our team has run creator campaigns for gaming and crypto launches since 2018. Illuvium gained 6,550 new players, STEPN 5,344 new users and OKX 7,609 testnet participants in campaigns we ran. Today we also run streamer and clipping campaigns for licensed casinos and sportsbooks, which is where our highlight packages come from.
We produce video only for brands licensed or legal in the markets the video targets, and we never script gambling as a way to make money. Our approach to launch films outside gambling is on our Web3 video production agency page.

Frequently asked questions
What does an iGaming video production agency do?
It plans, edits and delivers finished video for gambling brands. 3betmedia produces trailers, promo spots, explainers, stream highlights and language versions, reviewed against the ad rules of each market.
Do you offer casino video production and sportsbook video production?
Yes. For casinos we cut game trailers, lobby promos and feature explainers. For sportsbooks we produce app walkthroughs, bet builder explainers and fixture promos, all shown as the product actually works.
Can you produce iGaming video ads for Meta, Google and TikTok?
Yes, if your brand holds the platform approvals for the markets you target. We export each ad in the ratios and lengths the placement needs and add the warnings the market requires. We do not run or buy the ads.
Do you handle slot game trailer production?
Yes. We cut slot trailers from the game studio's footage and assets, showing features, volatility and rules honestly. We do not show staged big wins as typical results.
How do you price a slot trailer or sportsbook promo video?
Campaigns start at $2,000 and the first gets 10% off. A trailer with several language versions costs more than a single explainer. We quote from your scope and you approve the plan before work starts.
