Casino Streamer Sponsorship Proposal: A Buyer’s Brief

A useful casino sponsorship proposal lets a streamer answer three commercial questions: can I take this brief, can I deliver it, and what exactly am I pricing?

Open with the operator and the actual request

Name the brand, legal operator and person responsible for the inquiry. Give the promoted destination and the audience markets your team has reviewed. Explain whether you want a live demonstration, a bounded integration or a series. Do not open with a vague promise of a long-term partnership.

The recipient needs enough information to decline an ineligible product without a sales call. Kick’s gambling requirements make licensing and relevant jurisdiction material to the brief. A creator’s public business contact is permission to make a professional inquiry, not proof of representation or availability.

Make the production unit quotable

Describe the proposed date range and time zone, live window, specific host task and supplied materials. Separate rehearsal, technical setup, retained VOD and edited clips. Ask the creator to identify anything they cannot deliver and anything priced separately.

A hypothetical operator might request one reviewed game explanation during a normal programme, a private rehearsal and a timestamped recording. That is more useful than “three hours of exposure” with no account of what the audience sees. Do not turn a requested duration into guaranteed reach.

Supply the evidence the creator needs

Attach current product facts and the approved claim boundaries. Explain who answers questions the creator cannot resolve, what happens if the destination changes and how disclosure will work. The FTC’s endorsement guidance is relevant when a paid relationship reaches US consumers; other markets require their own review.

Avoid sending player records or secret account credentials in the proposal. A public product route and a controlled briefing document should explain the task. If testing needs privileged access, arrange a separate authorised method with the product owner.

Ask for a structured reply

Request availability, comparable work, relevant dated audience evidence, the contracting party and an itemised scope. Let the creator state exclusions and required changes. If a performance component is possible, ask to discuss the event definition and reporting source rather than demanding an unsupported deposit forecast.

Keep a simple reply format: accepted live work, optional content, rights, conflicts, fee basis and unresolved questions. That makes competing responses comparable without forcing everyone into a commercial model they did not offer.

Keep the inquiry distinct from the agreement

Mark the proposal as a request for scope and availability, subject to review and contract. Do not promise a booking before the product, dates, commercial terms and talent authority are established. A reply agreeing to talk is not acceptance of every line in the attachment.

Use the first conversation to close material gaps, then move the agreed work into the actual term sheet. 3betmedia can help turn an operator brief into creator options and a defined production commission. Bring the facts you know and label what still needs a decision.

Check the creator’s media-kit evidence before converting a proposal into a shortlist.

Frequently asked questions

Should the first proposal include a fixed FTD promise?

No. Describe the objective and available evidence. Any variable payment needs an agreed qualified event, source, window and reconciliation process.

Can we use one proposal for every streamer?

Keep a consistent scope structure, but explain why the specific channel and proposed format fit. Do not send inaccurate audience assumptions or irrelevant product claims.
